  01

  Warehousing of raw materials and subsidiary materials

  We keep the minimum amount of inventory for the timely supply of fresh raw materials/subsidiary materials and secure the best quality. Through regular inventory management, raw/subsidiary materials past their expiration date are discarded.

  02

  Raw material and subsidiary material inspection

  Basic inspection and microbiological inspection of incoming raw materials are carried out, and in the case of subsidiary materials, basic condition and appearance inspection and usability inspection are carried out. When a problem is identified, the input to the next process is blocked so that the wrong raw material/subsidiary material is not used.

  Raw material weighing

  By working with liquid and powder raw materials in a separate space, cross-contamination is prevented in advance, and dust generation is minimized by using dust collection equipment when weighing powder raw materials.

  Content manufacturing

  Cosmetic contents are manufactured through processes such as dissolution/dispersion/emulsification/defoaming/cooling/filtration using suitable manufacturing facilities for various formulations. We do our best to produce products of uniform quality through history management for each manufacturing lot.

  Content inspection

  Sensory and basic physical and chemical tests are conducted to check the quality of the contents, and the environment of manufacturing and packing/packaging rooms is periodically monitored as well as microbiological inspection at all stages of raw materials/sub materials, contents, and finished products, which are the basics of quality control. Thus, we are continuously minimizing the sources of pollution in the working environment.

  Content filling

  We have a variety of facilities ranging from a small amount of products to mass production to respond quickly to the production of products that customers want, pursue the best quality such as air cleaners, and systematically manage them through real-time monitoring through our self-developed ERP system.

  Finished product inspection

  From the sensory inspection of the contents to the packaging status of the product, we thoroughly check and inspect from the consumer's point of view to check the overall quality after filling and packaging the contents. Only products that pass all these tests will be considered for final conformity.

  Product shipment after storage of finished product

  Only products that have passed a total of 3 quality inspections from the time of warehousing of raw materials/subsidiary materials to production of finished products are shipped out, and managed and shipped in conjunction with ERP so that they can be delivered quickly and accurately on the date and place desired by the customer.
